According to the preliminary memorandum of understanding signed between OYAK and Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC) on November 27, 2023; binding agreements were signed on December 10, 2023, regarding the transfer of a 20% portion of the OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. shares (of which OYAK indirectly owns 60%) and the entirety of the shares in Cimpor Portugal Holdings SGPS, S.A. (of which OYAK indirectly owns 60%). The transfer processes were carried out on March 6, 2024.

Based on the agreement signed on October 26, 2018, regarding the acquisition of Cimpor’s Portugal and Cape Verde operations, the purchase transactions were completed as of January 2019.
Erdemir Enerji Üretim A.Ş. was established following the completion of its registration by Erdemir in January.
A share partnership was entered into with the Finland-based Miilux OY, a pioneer in the production of strategically important heat-treated high-strength steel and armor steel; 70% of the company's shares were acquired in February.

The Shareholders' Agreement and other related agreements regulating the partnership between OYAK and Renault SAS were renewed for 27 years.

OYAK Emeklilik A.Ş. was sold to ING Central Europe Insurance Group.
For the first time at ERDEMİR, a blast furnace was constructed based on the design of Turkish engineers and the labor of Turkish workers.
İSDEMİR carried out its first trial production of flat steel.
Production of diesel engines and their export to Renault's factories in other countries has commenced at OYAK Renault.

Within the framework of the agreement reached between OYAK and the Renault Group, the DOSSD company, the general distributor of Dacia brand automobiles in Turkey, was incorporated into MAİS.

BİRÇİM Çimento ve Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (today's OYAK Birleşik Enerji A.Ş.) was established.
The tender for the sale of Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. (ERDEMİR), held by the Privatization Administration, was won, and ATAER Holding A.Ş. was established for the purpose of acquiring the ERDEMİR shares.
For the first time in its history, OYAK received credit ratings from two international rating agencies (S&P and Moody’s). It became one of the first organizations outside the Treasury and the banking sector to receive a credit rating.
The ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certificate was obtained for the activities of the OYAK General Directorate.
2004
Within the Ankara-Eryaman Atakent housing project, carried out in cooperation with OYAK-TOKİ, an additional 1,152 residences were offered for allocation to members.
The first syndicated loan was obtained to increase recognition in international capital markets and to take a place in global capital markets.
An additional 10% of OYSA Çimento, an OYAK-Sabancı subsidiary, was offered to the public.
A partnership was established in İskenderun Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. (İSKEN).
The operations of OYTUR were terminated, and its tourism activities were transferred to OYAK Pazarlama.
