OYAK’s human resources business processes are managed through the OYAK Integrated Human Resources Management System. This system, in which all processes are carried out under a unified approach, has been redesigned and digitally implemented under the OYAK Digital HR (DijitalİK) framework. Through the DijitalİK mobile application, which is designed to manage human resources processes in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner, all employees are enabled to access HR systems anytime and anywhere, independent of time and location.
